Haiti - Politic : Replacement at the BRH, an incoherent decision
Following the decision of President Michel Martelly to replace three of the five members of the Board of Directors of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-3857-haiti-politic-turnaround-of-martelly-on-the-board-of-directors-of-the-brh.html Jocelerme Privert, the president of the finance and budget commission of the Senate, has reacted this Thursday, to the letter sent by the President of the Republic to the latter.

The senator Jocelerme Privert estimated that there are in this new position, an absence of coherence because Mr. Martelly had openly expressed his support for the maintenance of the outgoing council [July 19], adding that we will analyze the records of the members newly introduced by Mr. Martelly, Georges Henry Fils, Jean Badin Dubois and Georgette Jean Louis, and recommend to the Assembly its decisions which will be considered in a sovereign manner, currently the Senate Commission is finalizing its report, which should be soon submitted to the Assembly.
