Wednesday, February 1st at 7:11 and 16 seconds in the morning an earthquake of magnitude estimated at 5 on the Richter scale whose epicenter was located at sea approximately 36 km from the city of Baní in the Dominican Republic, was felt up to the Ouanaminthe border area. Former Racing Club Haitien striker, Haitian star Guy St-Vil has been hospitalized since January 23, 2023 and is in critical condition according to those around him.
