The trophy and the members of FIFA who accompanied it, were escorted by an imposing security device of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) to the hotel complex of SERVOTEL, located on the road to the airport, where the presentation ceremony took place in the presence of players from the Haitian team who will compete in this World Cup, members of the Government (Raymonde Rival Minister of Sports among others), members of the Normalization Committee of the Haitian Football Federation ( Monique André and Yvon Sévère), club leaders of the male and female D1 and D2, Frantz Elbé, General Manager helps the PNH, notables including Nice Simon, Mayor of the municipality of Tabarre and some media.

The trophy was presented in the presence of the national football team goalkeeper Kerly Theus and Estericove Joseph (defender)

Designed by Lebanese-Italian designer William Sawaya, the trophy was handcrafted by Milanese specialists Sawaya & Moroni. It is 47 cm tall and weighs 4.6 kg.

The ceremony ended around noon and the FIFA delegation with the trophy flew back on the next leg of their tour of Jamaica.

Remember that during the World Cup, our Grenadières will be in Group D with very strong opponents like England, Denmark and the Republic of China.
