The "Speedtest by Ookla" market report for the first quarter of 2023 on the state of mobile and fixed internet networks in Haiti which has just been published, reveals:

Mobile (as of Q1 2023, median):
Download:
Digicel: 11.12 Mbps (fastest download speed in Haiti)
Natcom: 4.81 Mbps

Upload:
Digicel: 7.49 Mbps (fastest upload speed in Haiti)
Natcom: 3.08 Mbps.

Median multiserver latency:
Natcom: 62 ms (lowest multi-server latency in Haiti)
Digiel: 97 ms

Coherence:
In measuring the consistency of each operator’s performance, we found that Digicel had the highest Consistency in Haiti during Q1 2023, with 63.6% of results showing at least a 5 Mbps minimum download speed and 1 Mbps minimum upload speed. For Natcom this figure is 37%.

SpaceX Starlink: 46.76 Mbps (fastest median download speed in Haiti)
Access Haiti: 24.06 Mbps
Digicel+: 17.78 Mbps
Natcom: 15.83 Mbps.

Upload:
Access Haiti: 10.70 Mbps
SpaceX Starlink: 9.44 Mbps
Natcom: 8.42 Mbps
Digicel+: 5.66 Mbps.

Median multiserver latency:
Natcom: 32 ms (lowest median multi-server latency in Haiti)
Access Haiti: 63ms
Digicel+: 96 ms and SpaceX Starlink with 107 ms.

Coherence:
SpaceX Starlink: 54%, (highest consistency in Haiti)
Access Haiti: 45.4%
Digicel+: 34.2%
Natcom: 30.4%
