Haiti - Garry Conille : Mariano Fernández pays tribute to the President and to the Haitian Parliament 05/10/2011 15:57:21
Mariano Fernández, also wishes "to pay tribute to the efforts of the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Michel Joseph Martelly, as well as the President of the Senate, the Honorable Rudolph Joazile and the Honourable Sorel Jacinthe, that led to the opening of a positive and constructive dialogue between the executive and the legislative, allowing to reach an agreement to install a Prime Minister and a new government." Mr. Fernández formula also the hope that the program of government of Prime Minister gets the approval of both Houses, so that the major projects of national reconstruction be launched without delay, in the priority interest of the entire Haitian people.
