Haiti - Culture : Carimi, Harmonik and Sandro Martelly (T-Micky) on the same stage

The Haitian groups Carimi and Harmonik are back in Montreal for their last visit of end of year, this October 9, 2011 for what promises to be the largest ever organized tropical evening at the Olympia in Montreal, entitled All Black Party.

This will be the opportunity in one evening, to confirm once again on one of the greatest stages of Montreal, the undisputed musical success of the boy band Carimi and to discover the new songs from its latest album which is raging in the Caribbean.

All Black Party will be the occasion discover the one that will replace his father Michel Martelly (Sweet Micky) self-proclaimed President of the Haitian Kompa Music, which this year became the 66th President of the Republic of Haiti, Sandro Martelly aka T-Micky.

The group Harmonik will have the opportunity to show its talent on a large stage, following its participation much noticed and followed to the 2010 edition of America's Got Talent, a American reality TV show broadcast on NBC, where the group had chosen to interpret live Hallelujah, a classic repertoire of Gospel written and composed by Leonard Cohen and rearranged by the group with a Kompa taste, a performance that earned them a standing ovation and the sympathy of the judges, as well as enhance their ability to stage and promote their new album. DJ ACE & SYLK will also be present.
