Fight against preventive detention

3rd International Summit of Francophone Speakers, a Haitian awarded

Nidger Paul, a young Haitian lawyer and philosopher, Haitian student in a master's degree in International and Transnational Law at Laval University (Quebec), won the Public's "Coup de Coeur" Prize at the 3rd International Summit of Francophone Speakers organized by the Francophone Showcase of Toastmasters International, which took place in June 2023, in Canada.
