As part of the celebration of its 19th anniversary, the National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP) is launching, for graduating undergraduate students from Haitian universities, the fourth edition of the national essay competition on public markets, for the awarding of the Joseph François Robert Marcello Prize.

The subject chosen for this edition is : "Public procurement and SMEs in Haiti, between access conditions and non-representativeness".

Requirements :

Have completed a course in one of the Haitian universities (public or private);

Not hold a bachelor's degree or any other equivalent or higher degree;

Not exceed the age of 27.

The texts must be sent between September 12 and 20, 2023, to the e-mail address info@cnmp.gouv.ht

The winner will benefit from the Joseph François Robert Marcello prize corresponding to an amount of 150,000 gourdes.

Two other consolation bonuses of 75,000 gourdes and 50,000 gourdes will be awarded to candidates ranked 2nd and 3rd.

The winners will also benefit from books on public procurement and a 3-month internship at the CNMP.
