Haiti - FLASH : The PNH puts all police officers on alert throughout the territory

In a note, Inspector General Frantz Mathurin informs all police staff under the Central Directorate of Administrative Police (DCPA) that "the state of alert has been decreed throughout the national territory. Consequently, except for cases of illness, all leaves and permissions are suspended from Saturday September 2nd, 2023 until further notice. All managers will ensure that members of their respective units remain mobilized to meet the requirements of the contingency plan." HL/ HaitiLibre
