The UN plans to train the FAd’H

The United Nations is analyzing the possibility of making a decision in concert with Haiti with a view to training the FAd'H Armed Forces, the Argentine Minister of Defense indicated on Tuesday on the sidelines of a forum on Peace missions in Buenos Aires. Defense Minister Enold Joseph who is participating in the meeting must plead in favor of this assistance to the Haitian Army.

At least 16 police stations in the hands of gangs

According to a report from the National Platform for the Progress of Human Rights, 16 police stations and sub-branches of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) in the West and Artibonite departments are under the control of armed gangs.
