The UN plans to train the FAd’H

The United Nations is analyzing the possibility of making a decision in concert with Haiti with a view to training the FAd'H Armed Forces, the Argentine Minister of Defense indicated on Tuesday on the sidelines of a forum on Peace missions in Buenos Aires. According to a report from the National Platform for the Progress of Human Rights, 16 police stations and sub-branches of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) in the West and Artibonite departments are under the control of armed gangs.
