Arsonist of an armored vehicle arrested

Mexico: Training of FAd’H
Saturday, September 23, was signed the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Secretariat of National Defense of Mexico, the Secretariat of the Navy and the Ministry of Defense of Haiti, as an act of commitment of Mexico to continue to provide support and training to the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H). Note that that same day, 110 officers of the FAd’H and 12 officers of the Haitian National Police returned to Haiti after four weeks of intensive training in Mexico, as part of bilateral cooperation programs.

250,000 Haitians driven from their homes
Between May and August 2023, nearly 250,000 Haitians had to flee their homes across the country, including no fewer than 200,000 in the metropolitan area due to armed violence, according to a report from the Platform of Haitian Human Rights Organizations (POHDH).

Justice: Training in investigation of sexual violence
The High Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the School of Magistracy (EMA) carried out this week a two-day training on the techniques of Investigation into sexual violence for the benefit of Magistrates.
