According to this report, Carrefour-Feuilles has 28,286 displaced people and the commune of Tabarre has 3,759 displaced people.

The Civil Protection Department has also identified new sites in the metropolitan area. A situation which is due to the problem of insecurity which is shaking the capital.

The outbreak of armed violence on September 22 in the commune of Saut-d'Eau in the Mirebalais district also increased the list of displaced people where the DPC identified around 250 displaced families.
