Haiti - Justice : New lists of certified, non-certified magistrates and new graduates

The Superior Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) published Thursday, October 19, 2023, a new list of 16 certified magistrates, a list of 4 non-certified magistrates and three whose files were returned to the technical certification commission for further investigation and a list of 14 new graduates of the School of Magistrates authorized to integrate the judicial system at the end of this certification process.

Me Junior Alténor (Motive: much criticized and lack of moral integrity characterized by the extortion of litigants, abuse of authority and scandalous conduct);
Me Faude Chéreste (Motive: much criticized and lack of moral integrity characterized by the ransom of litigants);
Me Pedro Joseph (much criticized motive and lack of moral integrity characterized by the extortion of litigants);
Me Joseph Markel Calasse (much criticized motive and lack of moral integrity characterized by the fact of having compromised on multiple cases of rape in return for bribes, the ransom of litigants).
