The delegation also noted that the Japanese were prepared for this type of event, and that education should also be given in Haiti at this level "...we understand that it is necessary to educate people so that they know how to react, do well what that have to do, spend as little as possible while caring for the effectiveness..." stressing that if the Haitian people want better rebuild Haiti, it must learn and practice the humility and Japanese punctuality.

The Mayor of Tabarre promises to popularize the knowledge gained in Japan and apply them to his city, taking advantage of the opportunity to announce that in a near future a training at the national level will be organized with the help of the Haitian government, NGOs and Japan.
