A reason which is not the right one since previously, several ships have already docked at the Port of Saint-Louis du Sud without opposition or ban… More than one informed observer does not hesitate to see in this situation the result of the "latent" conflict between the "Republic" of Port-au-Prince and the Port of Saint-Louis du Sud.
