Friday, November 24, 2023, Frantz Elbé, Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH) accompanied by members of the High Command received a visit from the Ambassador of Canada to Haiti, André François Giroux.

During this meeting, Ambassador Giroux discussed the projects that the Canadian Government intends to organize via certain international agencies, with the aim of strengthening the operational capacity of the PNH.

At the end of this meeting, André François Giroux and Director General Frantz Elbé renewed their commitment to continue working together to strengthen the existing cooperation between the PNH and Canada.
