A member of the Bel-Air gang arrested by the PAP Police Romain Jean Chrisilhomme, 32, was arrested by the Port-au-Prince Police, yesterday Tuesday January 9, 2024, around 8am, on Street St Honoré, for his alleged involvement in organized crime.
