The company Sunrise Airways published a management note, reporting threats from the CASEC representative of Fond Fred (Cayes) against the airline.

Note from Sunrise Airways directorate :

"The Haitian airline Sunrise Airways wishes to inform the public that Maisonneuve Kendrick Smay, a representative of the Council of Administration of Communal Sections (CASEC) of the 2nd section Fond Fred (commune of Les Cayes), made threats in Creole opened against Sunrise Airways :

"Se konpayi k'ap finanse gang pou Matisan ka toujou bloke pou yo ka kontinye ap vann biye byen chè, nou pral pran dè mesi pou mete konpayi Sunrise Airways an difikilte." »(the company which finances the gang so that Martissant can still be blocked so that they can continue to sell expensive tickets, we will take measures to put the company Sunrise Airways in difficulty.

The Sunrise Airways company, which provides the connection between the capital and the southern metropolis, vigorously protests against these denigrating, defamatory, slanderous and misleading comments which affect the credibility of the company and endanger its aircraft, passengers and employees.

It deplores the consequences that could possibly result from these irresponsible and malicious comments from this individual.

Sunrise Airways reserves the right to take legal action to initiate both criminal and civil action against CASEC Maisonneuve Kendrick Smay for legal consequences.
