Master’s program : a) University Master’s degree: Scholarships for civil servants or public employees of a permanent and not temporary nature, including the education and university system, to obtain a (official) university master's degree in Spain. Countrie s: Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti Honduras, Paraguay, Peru. b) Water master: Scholarships for professionals in urban water cycle management, to obtain a university or own master's degree in the field of urban water cycle management in Spain. Countries : Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Panama. Deadline for submission of applications: February 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Diplomatic School Program: Scholarships for the interuniversity master's degree in diplomacy and international relations from the Diplomatic School for permanent and non-temporary civil servants or public agents from Latin America. Countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. Deadline for submission of applications: March 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Registration procedure : Applicants to all programs must meet established requirements and provide required documents, in accordance with the provisions of each program. Non-Spanish speaking applicants must have knowledge of Spanish.
