Kenya will not wait for justice to intervene in Haiti The Government of Kenya will not wait for a decision from the court of appeal before deploying its forces in Haiti, said Abraham Korir Sing'Oei, a senior official at the Kenyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in an interview with the New York Times. He said Kenya and Haiti are working to finalize a bilateral agreement in the next two weeks, and that Kenyan forces will be deployed immediately to Haiti once the agreement is established. 600,000 cruise passengers in Haiti Sunday February 4th, the Labadee seaside resort welcomed thousands of tourists from the "Adventure of the Seas" (Royal Caribbean).
