Monday February 19, 2024, following the last certification operation, the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) sent a report to Me Emmelie Prophète Milcé, Minister of Justice a.i., including a list of 30 magistrates considerd as correct to remain in the system, 12 others coming from different jurisdictions unworthy, for various reasons, to continue to occupy their position as judges and are excluded from the judicial system and finally 18 magistrates who require further investigation.

10 - Magistrate Garbens DéSIR, Judge at the Peace Court of Saint Michel de l’Attalaye. Reason: much criticized, ransom of litigants;
11 - Magistrate Gabener CHARLES, Deputy Judge at the Peace Court of Les Cayes. Reason: much criticized, extortion of litigants and lack of ethics;
