USA Conditional stay : Good news

Friday March 8, Me Drew Tipton, the federal judge of Texas in charge of the complaint of the 20 American states (Republicans) who wanted the cancellation of the conditional residence program allowing nationals of four countries, including Haiti, to settle in the United States legally for a period of two years has been rejected. WFP purchases 95 tonnes of local millet

"I am delighted to announce that the World Food Program (WFP - Haiti) has just made its first purchase of local millet. This is a batch of 95 tonnes, intended for school canteens in the Great North. WFP Haiti favors local purchases, as required by national policy," said Jean-Martin Bauer WFP Representative in Haiti.

Following the escapes that occurred on March 2nd, 3rd and 4th at the National Penitentiary, the Croix-des-Bouquets prison and the Delmas 33 police station, the Citizen Protection Office (OPC) provides some details "[...] According to available data, out of a total of 3,798 prisoners in the national penitentiary, 3,700 escaped. At Croix-des-Bouquets, 1,033 escaped, i.e. all of the prisoners, while 20 people including 6 police officers in isolation at the Delmas 33 police station fled."
