The Ministry of National Education thanks all educational agents for their contribution to the compulsory online registration operation started on Monday September 18, 2023 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-40523-haiti-education-launch-of-online-registration-of-student-lists.html which today stands at 17,618 schools, 1,811,123 students and 61,669 teachers.

This work is important to support the education system and for the protection of school archives which have been threatened in recent days by acts of vandalism or occupation of certain Ministry offices.

In order to better progress in the digitization of all data on the country's schools, the Ministry has decided to postpone the deadline it has set for online registration until April 12nd, 2024 https://sigeee.menfp.gouv.ht/census/

The Ministry and its partners will continue to support schools to facilitate procedures, in particular with the Ministry's Call Center, where people can call the following numbers: +509 44 68 43 75 /+509 31 26 75 19

The MENFP managed to obtain information on approximately 50% of students already registered and automatically having a Unique School Identification Number, necessary for the registration of school candidates for state exams.

Remember that the Unique School Identification Number will guarantee the "traceability" of each pupil and student, from kindergarten to university and will also facilitate the obtaining of transcripts and diplomas through the offices of the Ministry and the platform in line. It will also allow other operations between the Ministry and the schools of the Republic.

Finally at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year, schools will have the responsibility to make the end-of-year decision declaration (including the final transcript of each student) online on the Ministry’s platform.
