Arrest warrant against the Dominican Vice-Consul in PAP

The Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs has suspended Rafy Joel Peralta Holguín, Dominican vice-consul in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, following a complaint of abuse of a minor teenager in Dominican territory. An arrest warrant was issued against him. The information was confirmed by Me Sandra Sierra Difó, Prosecutor, coordinator of the Gender Violence, Sexual and Domestic Crimes Unit.

Congratulations to the new President of Guatemala

Economy : 6th year of decline

Economist Enomy Germain affirms that the Haitian economy will experience a 6th consecutive year of negative growth due to the persistence of the climate of violence and insecurity which causes the systematic blocking of commercial activities.
