Haiti - FLASH : Major seizure of weapons and ammunition in Cap-Haïtien (Video)

Friday April 5, 2024, following the customs control of a container coming from the United States, the Haitian National Police in concert with agents of the Customs Administration, made a significant seizure of weapons and ammunition in the port of Cap Haïtien.
Weapons and ammunition seized :
12 assault rifles
14 9mm pistols
999 cartridges including 638 of 2.56 caliber
278 caliber 9 mm
52 caliber 7.62
36 of 40 caliber
34 chargers
Research continues to ensure that other weapons and ammunition are not hidden in other locations...
An investigation is open to identify the sender and recipient(s) of this cargo.
