Haiti - Justice : Haitian authorities inform the DR about dangerous escaped fugitives
The Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCP) of Haiti provided the Dominican authorities with a 59-page document including the names and photos of escapees on the run (men and women) who could try to enter to the Dominican Republic to hide.

This document, which benefited from the collaboration of the Department of Prison Administration (DAP) of Haiti, emphasizes that the women escaped from Cabaret prison are dangerous and armed inmates. The majority of these escapees were imprisoned for murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping, armed robbery, possession of illegal weapons, criminal conspiracy, vehicle theft, infanticide and other crimes...

The report cites as an example Crercin Anita found guilty of kidnapping, Marie Carline of theft and criminal association, Home Nancy of criminal association; Ladouceur Guerline also for murder, Lafortune Roselaine convicted of drug trafficking and murder, Dorlus Lovely for assault, Joseph Mercilia alias "Mekou" for attempted murder, Pierre Lamercie accused of having killed a baby, Louis Danine for murder and Patric alias "Kettelie" member of the criminal gang "Tije".

In addition to women, male detainees identified as dangerous by the Haitian National Police (PNH) have links to the underground world of drug trafficking, murders, kidnappings and street violence and are, for the most part, members of gangs and criminal organizations operating in Haiti.
