FLASH : The members of the CPT took the oath
Early Thursday, April 25, the members of the Presidential Transitional Council (Smith Agustin; Louis Gérald Gilles; Fritz Alphonse Jean; Edgard Leblanc Fils; Laurent Saint-Cyr; Emmanuel Vertilair; Leslie Voltaire; Régine Abraham and Frinel Joseph) took the oath at the National Palace in small groups before going to the Villa d’Accueil for the ceremony and the speech. By mail, Ariel Henry, who is in Los Angeles, officially submitted his resignation as planned and appointed by order Michel Patrick Boisvert, Prime Minister a.i. pending the appointment of a new Prime Minister and the formation of another Government.
