The President of the Republic, Michel Martelly and the Haitian government have learned with great sadness the tragic death of Mexican Interior Minister Francisco Blake Mora and seven other passengers whose the Vice Minister of the Interior Felipe Zamora during the crash of the helicopter in which they were, this Friday, November 11.

The Presidency and the Haitian government express their deep sympathy to the President Felipe Calderon and to the Mexican government. "The whole Haitian people pray for you and your people at this difficult time."

The President Michel Martelly and the Haitian government, renew their solidarity to the Mexican people and intend to continue to work for the strengthening of cooperation between the two States.
