On Friday, March 1st, 2024, at 5:15 a.m. (Haiti time), James Cadet (Haiti) and Kithure Kindiki (Kenya) signed in Nairobi, Kenya, a Memorandum of Understanding on police and security between Kenya and Haiti, in front of Prime Minister Ariel Henry and President Wiliam Ruto https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41784-haiti-flash-haiti-and-kenya-signed-the-bilateral-agreement-essential-for-the-deployment-of-the-mission-video.html .

This document meets the condition of the High Court of Justice of Kenya, to allow the deployment of the Multinational Mission to Support the National Police of Haiti.
