Thursday June 13, 2024, Dr. Georges fils Brignol was officially installed in his functions as Minister of Public Health and Population, in the presence of the new Minister of National Education Antoine Augustin, the outgoing Minister Dr. Alex Larsen, several officials of the new government, the Director General of the Ministry Dr. Lauré Adrien, the Director General of the National Ambulance Center, several technical and financial partners of the Ministry and various executives...

The new Minister is aware of his responsibilities in these difficult times and is committed to paving his way towards efficiency. He is the 2nd youngest Minister after Chancellor Dominique Dupuy (34 years old),

Georges Fils Brignol did his secondary education at the Saint-Louis de Gonzague institution. Then, entered the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the State University of Haiti where he completed his studies in 2014.

10 years after his graduation Georges Fils Brignol defies the predictions and breaks a record for precocity by rising to the head of the Ministry of Public Health

Previously, he was General Coordinator of CDS Caravelles (2014 to 2016);
Executive Director of Miracia Hospital (2018 to 2019);
Senior Project Officer of the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB);
Project management consultant in 2021 at "Management Sciences for Health" (MSH); Community Health Worker Associate at Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc for 2 years;
Since 2016, he has been a doctor at the Saint-Georges clinic;
Since November 2023, he has served as National Technical Advisor to John Snow, Inc. which is a global consulting organization dedicated to improving the lives of people around the world through, among other things, better health.
