Former Minister of National Education Nesmy Manigat was appointed Director of Cabinet of Prime Minister Garry Conille, with the rank of Minister.

The decree relating to these two appointments was published this Friday, June 14. In special issue #27 of the official journal Le Moniteur. These two former ministers were installed in their positions on Friday afternoon.
