Tuesday July 9, after the resumption of control of the General Hospital facilities by elite units of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Prime Minister Conille accompanied by Presidential Advisor Louis Gérald Gilles and the Director General of the Haitian National Police, Normil Rameau went on site.
Let's remember that since last April, armed bandits had taken control of the area of the General Hospital of Port-au-Prince (near the National Palace) which served as a firing point to confront the police.
