2 new Directors General

During a Council of Ministers this week, two appointments were announced : Gabriel Thimothée returned to the head of the Ministry of Health as Director General, and Joseph Antoine, an executive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was promoted to Director General of the ministry.
