Saturday, July 27, 2024, the 3rd Personal Development and Leadership Summit was held, organized by the "Salon des Positifs Haïti", a non-profit and apolitical Association (founded in 2019), in partnership with the Lorquet Foundation for a New Haiti (FOLONHA), under the theme of "Conquering the Impossible".

During this Summit, several personalities addressed topics related to personal development and leadership :

Lionel Benjamin discussed "Exceeding your limits : self-control and sustainable success". He encouraged young people to create and innovate to become great entrepreneurs and shared his personal experiences in order to encourage young people to exceed their limits.

Daniel Jean Louis, replacing Dr. Fresnel Larosilière, addressed the topic "Getting out of your comfort zone to better achieve your goals". He spoke about the limits of the comfort zone, the benefits of stepping outside of it, the importance of setting goals, and the positive impact on personal growth.

Flavio A. Agénor Paul, a prolific author in the field of personal development in Haiti, presented the topic "Dominating in the midst of adversity" and encouraged young people to tap into their potential for the benefit of their community.

Ms. Winnie Hugot Gabriel, Chief of Staff of the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, addressed the topic : "Reinventing your life ; revolutionizing your mindset." She emphasized the importance of challenging negative beliefs and limiting thought patterns to make meaningful changes in one’s life. She invited young people to cultivate positive thinking and engage in continuous learning.

425 participants attended this third Summit, spending a day of learning, debate, reflection, and networking in a positive atmosphere.
