According to a report by the American Federation for Immigration Reform, since the beginning of the conditional stay program for the 4 beneficiary countries (Venezuela, Haiti, Cuba and Nicaragua) until April 2024, more than 2.6 million applications have been completed by nationals of the 4 countries.

Of the 2.6 million applications, nearly 529,000 have been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and nearly 120,000 have been rejected.

Among the approved applications, Haiti climbs to the podium in first position with 205,026 (38.7%) Haitian nationals authorized to enter the United States followed by Venezuela (22.3%).

Another record, in January 2014, 16,790 Haitians were approved in 1 month, ahead of all other beneficiary countries.
