Kenyan agent treated in DR

A Kenyan agent who is part of the Multinational Mission for Security Support in Haiti was treated (in all discretion) at the Center for Advanced Medicine and Telemedicine Diagnostics (Cedimat) in the Dominican Republic, after being shot during a clash with armed gangs in Haiti. He was released from the hospital on August 5 and has since resumed his duties in Haiti. The information was confirmed by the Dominican Ministry of Defense.
