Haiti - Economy : The National for Financial Inclusion Strategy, 10 years later (Report)

10 years ago, in 2014, following extensive consultations between public, private and civil society stakeholders, the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (SNIF) was launched to improve access to financial services in Haiti.

Today, to mark 10 years of its implementation, the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) has just published the report "The National Strategy for Financial Inclusion : 10 Years Later"

This document traces the evolution of the main indicators of financial inclusion in the country. It also explores a decade of challenges overcome, successes, innovations and progress that have strengthened financial inclusion in Haiti, while highlighting the lessons learned along the way.

These achievements were possible thanks to the good collaboration of public actors, national and international partners who worked for a significant improvement in access to financial services for the most vulnerable segments of the population, creating a more stable, more innovative and more inclusive financial framework.
