A police officer fatally injured

Diaspora transfers up 11.9%
Transfers from Haitian diasporas over the first 3 quarters of the 2023-2024 financial year reached 2.7 billion dollars, an increase of 11.9%, reveals the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), in its 3rd quarter monetary policy note.

Tourism : towards the reopening of the National Historical Park
The Ministry of Tourism organized a meeting on the prospects for reopening the National Historical Park / Citadelle Sans Souci Ramiers taking into account the security aspect of visitors. The Directors General of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture and other authorities of Cap, Milot, Plaine du Nord and Dondon were present at this meeting.

Agreement between the Chancellery and CORPUHA

Brian A. Nichols optimistic
"Look forward to joining Secretary Blinken in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. We will meet with leaders in both countries to ensure the success of the Multinational Mission to Support the Haitian National Police and advance good governance, human rights, security, and prosperity in the region, including through #PACC2030 and the Caribbean Basin Security Initiative," said Ambassador Brian A. Nichols, Assistant Secretary for Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.
