Haiti - Interference : CONATEL closes 5 illegal radio stations and demands corrections from 23 legal stations 10/09/2024 10:02:09
CONATEL proceeded to the closure of 5 stations and the seizure of their equipment, in accordance with Article 137 of the Decree of October 12, 1975 illegal FM stations causing interference on the control tower of the Cap-Haïtien airport. 23 other legal stations, were ordered to make technical corrections to their transmission parameters to improve the quality of their signal. Center Department : Illegal stations closed - Radio Emergency FM (103.1 MHz), Mirebalais - Radio Soleil Levé (89.9 MHz), Hinche - Radio Quotidien (95.5 MHz), Hinche North Department : Illegal stations closed - Radio Multivers (99.9 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Voix de l'île (94.5 MHz), Cap-Haïtien Legal stations called upon to correct their transmission parameters : Center : - Radio Ginen (92.7 MHz), Mirebalais - Radio Victoire (94.7 MHz), Mirebalais - Radio Panic (97.5 MHz), Mirebalais - Radio Puissance FM (99.8MHz), Mirebalais - Radio Lele Online (105.7 MHz). Hinche - Radio Seven Stars (103.1 MHz), Hinche North : - Radio Nationale (105.1 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Telemix (102.1 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Ginen (92.1 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Vérité (89.7 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Voix des Rachatés (90.9 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Négritude (92.5 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Intermix (93.1 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio Agoram FM (93.9 MHz), Cap-Haïtien - Radio 4VEH (94.1 MHz).
