The Ministry of National Education informs that the results of the secondary school leaving exams (BAC 2023-2024) are currently available for 7 Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE): Center, Artibonite, Grande Anse, Nippes, South, North and North-East.

According to the information provided by the National Office of State Examinations (BUNEXE), :

Department of the Center single bac (end of secondary studies):

Out of a total of 6,667 participants, 3,832 candidates are admitted, i.e. a success rate of 57.48% (slight decrease to 57.62% in 2023).

Centre Department (2nd session of the failed, permanent Bac):

Out of a total of 758 participants, 528 candidates are admitted, representing a success rate of 69.66% (a sharp increase of 36.92% in 2023.

Artibonite Department bac unique (end of secondary studies):

Out of a total of 11,391 participants, 3,266 candidates are admitted, i.e. a success rate of 28.67% (Slight increase 28.38% in 2023)

Department of Artibonite (2nd session of failed candidates, permanent Baccalaureate):

Out of a total of 1,436 participants, 707 candidates were admitted, representing a success rate of 49.23% (a sharp increase of 31.45% in 2023)

Grande Anse Department bac unique (end of secondary studies):

Out of a total of 3,695 participants, 700 candidates are admitted, i.e. a success rate of 18.94% (a very sharp drop to 38.06% in 2023)

Grande Anse Department (2nd session of those who failed, permanent Baccalaureate):

Out of a total of 680 participants, 226 candidates were admitted, representing a success rate of 33.24% (up 24.02% in 2023)

School heads are invited to collect their school's rankings from their relevant Departmental Directorate.

The Ministry specifies that the results of the baccalaureate exams for other DDEs will be published as they become available.
