This selection is marked by the return of two major figures, Claire Constant and Melchie Daelle Dumornay, who had missed previous gatherings due to injuries.

The return of Claire Constant, one of the key players in the Grenadières' defense, is particularly anticipated after her knee injury that deprived her of the 2023 World Cup. Melchie Daelle Dumornay, the star of Olympique Lyonnais, is also back after missing the last two convening, in November 2023 and February 2024, during the Women's Gold Cup qualifiers.
