The Haitians were handed over to the immigration service for processing. This is the 15th interception this year for a total of 1,142 Haitians (947 men, 195 women including 24 children). Inauguration of an ONI office in Paris A delegation from the National Identification Office (ONI), composed of Director General Reynold Guerrier, Administrator Harold Bien Aimé, Technical Director Raynaldo Camilus, is on an official trip to France for the inauguration of an ONI office at the Consulate General of Haiti in Paris.
