"The fundamentally partisan choice of Alix Didier Fils Aimé as the new Prime Minister greatly jeopardizes the neutrality of the transition," writes Me. André Michel, signatory of the December 21 agreement on his account "X". "The forced coup of the Presidential Transitional Council that led to this choice without any prior consultation with strategic actors, is contrary to the spirit and letter of the Jamaica Consensus of March 11, 2024, the April 3rd agreement and the other founding texts of the transition."
