Haiti - Politic : Official launch of ONI-Doléances online

As part of the modernization of public services and the simplification of procedures for the benefit of Haitian citizens, Reynold Guerrier, the Director General of the National Identification Office (ONI), officially launched one of the Institution's flagship projects, ONI-Doléances online via the DELIDOC platform, in the presence of state dignitaries, employees, partners and guests.

This online service allows the submission and monitoring of grievances from citizens whose national identification cards are lost or damaged, among other things. Name changes will also be made from this platform.

Some 3,000 grievances have already been registered on ONI-DELIDOC, said Reynold Guerrier, Director General of the institution, specifying that they will be processed within 7 days.

This new service offers users the following advantages :

• File their grievances without having to travel;
• Track the processing status of their requests in complete transparency;
• Contribute to more efficient management of requests;
• Significantly reduce processing times.

According to Reynold Guerrier : "The official launch of ONI-Doléances via the DELIDOC platform is a major step in the modernization of public services in Haiti, by offering citizens practical, transparent and effective solutions."
