IOM, clarifies that only the Embassy of Brazil is competent to decide whether or not to grant visas, as well as the modalities of the process. IOM works closely with the Embassy, but the final decision remains the prerogative of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in accordance with the migration laws in force. CAVB-230125008 - IOM emphasizes that digital legalization is mandatory if the documents cannot be transmitted to Haiti.
