Haiti - Social : Justice and Peace invites the authorities to dialogue 06/12/2011 09:07:14 "more dialogue and consultation between the social, political and economic are necessary as part of an overall development plan for the country," emphasizes the JILAP in its report, stating that "this consultation must be done in all truth" in order to establish a a pact of good governance to prevent the country to be blocked for any reason. The National Episcopal Commission for Justice and Peace also urges the authorities to take "urgent decisions for people who are in greatest needs," whose the victims of January 12, still living in tents or makeshift shelters . Concerning prisoners, it wants that action be taken because the latter live in "promiscuity, stigma, isolation and marginalization." For the program of education of Haitian children, the JILAP wishes the adoption of effective measures and a solid structure of the program.
