Towards a new narrative on Haiti

Saturday, February 8, 2025 S. Dupuy, took place the launch of a series of workshops that the Ministry of Tourism initiates with key actors to define together the Haitian narrative and promote the history, voice and identity of the country, under the theme "Towards the construction of a new narrative on Haiti". For this first workshop on "The role and involvement of women journalists in the new narrative of Haiti", Sinedie S. Dupuy, received the Solidarity of Haitian Women Journalists (SOFEHJ), led by Martine Isaac.

On Thursday, February 6, 2025, Patrick Pelissier, the Minister of Justice chaired a meeting with members of the Criminal Reform Implementation Commission to accelerate the evaluation of the decree of March 20, 2020 relating to the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure.

PAHO/WHO : End of Mission in the North

The team from the Pan American Health Organization and the World Health Organization PAHO/WHO, has concluded a joint mission in the North of Haiti with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES). Three health facilities will benefit from an IDB project aimed at strengthening hospital care, maternal health and the management of non-communicable diseases, while developing integrated care networks for equitable access to quality health services in Haiti.
