Haiti - FLASH : Update on PNH operations in Kenscoff and Delmas (video)
During a press conference held at the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) located in Clercine (Tabarre commune), Lionel Lazarre, the Deputy Spokesperson of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), gave an update on the operations carried out against armed gangs in the West department, particularly in the communes of Kenscoff and Delmas.
