Tuesday, February 25, 2025, following coordinated gang attacks, numerous automatic weapons fire was reported in Port-au-Prince, causing high tensions and panic among the population in Nazon, Delmas 17, Delmas 30, Sarthe, at Carrefour Drouillard, Carrefour Vincent, in Tabarre 25, Tabarre 27 and Fleuriot among others… Delmas 30 : 2 FAd’H soldiers killed Early in the morning on Tuesday, February 25, armed bandits invaded the Delmas 30 neighborhood, shooting in all directions. Houses were set on fire, according to testimonies from local residents who reported several people killed and many injured. Families were forced to flee the area to save their lives. Other neighboring neighborhoods such as Delmas 17 and 19 are also under high tension in the face of the rapid advance of gangs in the commune.
