The Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) announces that since Thursday, February 27, 2025, all telephone lines of the "MHAVE à l'écoute" service are once again functional and available to receive calls from the diaspora and respond to the grievances of all our brothers and sisters in the Diaspora 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Let's remember that the objective of this service is to facilitate the monitoring of your files with Haitian state institutions and guarantee adequate, rapid and effective support.
